4 Big Reveals in the Obi-Wan Kenobi Trailer

This past Wednesday, we finally got the highly anticipated trailer to the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, which begins May 25th. The trailer had a lot of reveals for us, and things to make us even more excited about the series than we all already were. Here are just a few of those things we got a fresh look at it in the teaser trailer.

Baby Luke

Okay, so maybe not hugely dramatic or all that unexpected, but I was just delightfully surprised to get to see young, child Luke Skywalker in the trailer. It was just adorable to see him, even for a glimpse, and while I doubt he'll play a very large part in the show as far as screentime, I still hope we get to see a little more of him sometimes.

The Third Sister

Now possibly one of the things I'm most excited to see in this series is the Third Sister, or Reva. She already just looks and sounds like a super cool character, and I anticipate her climbing the ranks into some of my favorite Star Wars villains. Plus, I can't wait to see her get in some lightsaber action.

The Fifth Brother

A surprising reveal for this series was to see what appears to be the Fifth Brother from Star Wars Rebels turn up. I'm not sure how large of a role he'll play, but it's exciting to see a character I know from Rebels turn up in another show!

The Grand Inquisitor

Finally, the thing that made me literally squeal as I watched the trailer, was the Grand Inquisitor. He is a really, really cool villain that was amazing in Star Wars Rebels, and I really, really look forward to seeing how he will impact things in this series.

I don't know about you, but I for one am extremely hype for Obi-Wan Kenobi. What were your favorite parts of the trailer? Do you have any theories? But I think my biggest question is- if they revealed all of this... what are they keeping under wraps?

I suppose we'll have to wait for the summer for all of these answers. Either way, I am extremely excited.
